Quality system development situation diagnosis of your company

We planned to realize a diagnosis of the development situation about the quality control in the company depending on the needs of documentation. Once the diagnosis is realized, given considering the determined needs of documentation in the previous stage, and also the requirements to be fulfilled by the documentation. It is determined the existence or not of documents, to what extent fulfill the formalities established for the documentation and if they are being used properly.

The 2015 version of standards ISO 9001, give the possibility to apply common sense and decided in accordance with the features of the organization as regards size, type of activity performed, complexity of processes and its interactions, and staff competence, the extension of the documentation of quality control system. However they require the existence of the next documents: The report will contain the existing documents by process, its adequacy or not to the requirements and its correct use or not, in accordance with the diagnosis result. This paper aims to offer a methodology, to implement a documented system, in order to fulfill the requirements of ISO standards 9001:2015, and that could be applied by the quality specialists of any organization that faces the complex task of establish a quality control system.

Implementation of enviromental management system, according to standard series i.s.o. 14001:2015

Implement an environmental management system, is a new way of managing the environmental of the company. It means systematize a set of actions to check and improve the environmental processes, and minimize its variability.
It relies mainly in the development of an environmental management manual and the procedures involved in that process. This action will allow getting a picture of the System that allows us to know the weaknesses and strengths of it.

A manual under normal conditions, allows knowing:

• What is the activity of the company and how organizes the Environmental Management System (regarding responsibilities, departments, processes, controls, etc.).

• Which are all the documents comprising the environmental management system and where they are?

The procedures will include the written documentation of all the processes of work to be guarantee. All of them will have to follow the same order, systematic and presentation.

As to the correspondence between the procedures and the manual, it is necessary indentify through the realization documentary thereof, the existing human capital, its willingness to implanting the Quality System and its business culture, as its education level.
To do this we must take the following actions:

The implementation of a quality system, according to i.s.o. standard 9001:2015

Implement a Quality System, entails a new way of managing the Quality in the company. It means systematize a set of actions, in order to verify and improve the work processes, and to minimize its variability.

International standardization, is performed based on large criteria, refers not only to generate a method to ensure the economy, save costs, and guaranty profitable operations on business, but also improves the behavior and the satisfaction of the client.

Establish a political leadership of the Quality depending on the activity, the culture and the values of the organization.
Set objectives, based on the established political quality (quantified in number of defective products, errors detected, units sold, evolution of the market share, invoicing, customer complaints…)
Establish a planning, to achieve these objectives: Quality program.
Define, develop and document the Quality System. That is, determine the boundaries, analyze each method and developed it in writing, create document registers, etc.
